We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, as well as no-shows or early departures, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.
