All reservations are confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued. Standard room bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, no-shows, early departures, or changes to booking dates may result in the forfeiture of deposits or booking fees. Exclusive-use and long-term bookings require at least one month’s written notice for cancellation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days, less any applicable banking or payment processing fees. Bookings made through third-party platforms remain subject to the cancellation terms of those platforms. Capo Cabana reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances at management’s discretion and applies all cancellations in accordance with South African consumer protection legislation.
